It features 50mm diameter 24v DC drive rollers and slave rollers that are zinc-plated (BZP) for enhanced durability. The rollers are mounted on 11mm sprung loaded hex shafts with M8 bolted shafts, ensuring robust performance. Available in various roller pitches such as 60mm, 75mm, and 100mm, this conveyor can be tailored to specific load requirements. The drive options include poly ‘O’, poly ‘V’, timing belt, and double drive sprockets, providing flexibility for different operational needs. Constructed with mild steel formed ‘C’ channel sides and plastic infill covers, it ensures structural integrity and safety. Additionally, the conveyor features zero pressure control cards and single zone control cards for precise and efficient handling, making it an ideal choice for automated and high throughput environments.
